Conwy County Borough Council

Cartrefi Conwy Housing Association has 3,800 homes around Conwy County. We are dedicated to providing a first class service to all our tenants. We do this by making sure that our rents are affordable, our homes are high quality and our services are efficient and of the highest standards. About one third of the housing we offer is sheltered accommodation for the elderly of vulnerable. The rest of our homes are mainly made up of one, two and three bedroom flats and houses which provide accommodation for single people, couples and families. We are committed to building additional housing throughout Conwy by working with tenants, local residents and by using local labour and contractors to create sustainable communities to be proud of. Clwyd Alyn Housing Association
Clwyd Alyn Housing Association is a member of the Pennaf Housing Group which manages more than 5,000 homes across the county areas of Powys, Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey. As well as our general housing for single people, couples and families, we also manage a range of specialist housing options for older people and for vulnerable young people and adults. They are currently developing additional new homes in many of these areas, working with our residents to create vibrant sustainable communities which are great places to live. North Wales Housing Association
North Wales Housing provides homes and services to over 2,400 households across Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey. The organisation employs around 150 dedicated people. Grŵp Cynefin was formed in April 2014 by the coming together of Tai Clwyd and Tai Eryri. They provide over 4,500 homes including social housing for rent, intermediate rental and specialist accommodation for persons with support needs. Other community services within the group include Care & Repair agencies, Rural Housing Enablers and support services for vulnerable people.
